MMORGs Massively Multiplayer Rhythm Games

MMORGs or Massively Multiplayer Online Rhythym games (sometimes called MMODGs, Massively Multiplayer Online Dance Games) is a type of online game that is influenced by music, dance and casualty. MMORGs is a term not well known to cyber gamers. Online Games like Audition Online and Dance online is always mistaken as MMORPGs (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) which is definitely not the term should be used. MMORG and MMORPG is both a type of MMOG (Massively Multiplayer Online Games)- which allow thousands even millions of player all over the world to gather and play in one online game.

All MMOs allow you to communicate with other online gamers through the chat system. It is accessible through internet. Because it is a level up scheme, it mesmerise players to play more. The quality of the graphics and audio are high, but you can adjust it in a way that your pc can manage.
Here are the lists of MMORGs.

The reasons why MMORGs are addictive.
  • Most of the MMORGs are free to play. You only have to register through their website, download the client and install the game to play.
  • It allows you to communicate with a massive number of players and it would be a great start of good friendship and even a relationship.
  • It's a good hobby, it's fun and yes, it's ADDICTIVE. Some players could last upto 5-12 hours of gaming
  • It allows you to show off your talent, skills and charisma. MMORGs are focused on the player's own skill, as the player uses its own hands, hearing and strategy while playing.
  • The avatars you use in the game are really cute, and if you're into anime, you would want to play it. MMORGs allow you to customize your character/avatar by naming it on the name you like and purchasing clothes, shoes etc.
  • The couple and wedding system allow lovers to take their relationship deeper. The wedding system (on some MMORGs) is really popular as it allows lovers to have their online game marriage as if it was a true marriage that had happened. Most players take these seriously and start building an in-game family and treats every member as if it's a real life family.
  • EBs (eyeballs) and tournaments- these are events that the publisher of the online game organizes every month/year (it depends on the publishers, popular MMOs always launch events and it normally lasts for 2-3 days). During the EBs and tournaments, players are gathered in a large venue, there are programs, contests and of course, tournaments. Prices are awarded to a winning team or individual. This event is really great, it is a chance to meet new friends and make a relationship from online to "IRL" (in real life).
  • The songs: There are great songs at different type of music (RNBs, Hip hop, alternative, oldies, ballroom, and the most popular are pop and love songs. Most of the songs are korean and english, some are japanese, chinese etc.( It depends on the publisher if they want to include a song in their own language.)
  • The graphics and sounds have a good quality. Some MMORGs allow you to download latest drivers from NVIDIA, ATI and for more quality of the game, they allow you to download the latest version of Direct X. These online games includes the PC Requirements on their website.
Tips/Advice:
here are some tips and advice you might want to check up on.
  • YOUR PC NEEDS TO BE FAST, AND A FAST CONNECTION IS RECOMMENDED- if your interested in playing MMORGs, check the pc requirement of that particular game on their website, try to see if it's suitable for your PC. Laptops: I advice, don't use laptops for gaming. It is not made for games, infact, there are PCs that are only made for gaming. e.g razers. Your ISP should be reliable enough when it comes to the speed of connection. Slow internet connection and PC is a total crap!
  • Keyboards and mouse- A good pc needs a good keyboard and mouse, there are keyboards and mouse that are specially made for gaming. e.g Razer keyboards and steel series. These keyboards are customizable and you can set up your own hot keys. It also allows you to easily access your multimedia files. These gaming keyboards has a special ability, w/c is called the anti-ghosting ability that could support all keys pressed down at once.
  • In choosing a MMORG to play, choose what is HOT and popular. You don't want to be playing in a "very quiet " game. Plus, popular MMORGs are more updated, it means, more fun, modes and clothes!
  • Don't get so hooked-up with these games, don't make these move your life. There are about three (or more) disadvantages in playing MMOs (common disadvantages) Those are cash, electricity (if you don't have internet at home) and playing time. (those are self explanatory). Just play and have fun, you don't have to be the best in fashion or in-game. If you're a student, Don't forget about school, if you're employed, WORK! If you work in an internet cafe, then you're lucky =]. As a player, you should know your limits. Don't play too long, it's unhealthy. About cash: If you're dying to buy an item, you can save money for it.
  • IN GAME ADVICE #1. This is about morality and ethics- as we all know, our identity is hidden in online gaming. You could do whatever you want, but mind your morals and words. Remember, the players are also human like you, they have emotions. So try to be respectful. Don't pretend that you're someone else and about someone your not, if you do, don't attend in any ebs and events held. It would a shame on your part. =). OR don't get caught anyway.
  • IN GAME ADVICE #2 Be sociable. Don't be isolated. Join groups and meet new people. Being sociable is a great way to popularity.
  • IN GAME ADVICE #3. If you want to be popular in- game, be friendly ^_^. That's the best advice. Being friendly must be fair on both sexes, being "ubber" friendly on the opposite sex can also be considered as flirting. You don't wanna mess up their lives, don't you? Just try to know whom your talking to. DON'T MAKE UNNECESSARY FLIRTING. =0. Another way to popularity is by joining guilds, clans and families. In this way you would be able to meet and get closer to other members of the group. Publishers launch events like guild war, family battles etc. these could tighten up the relationship in a group.
  • Hone your skills- practice makes perfect. Try to track your progress in playing. You would be able to find out your strengths and weaknesses while playing. Keep on practising and set your goals! Don't forget to have fun, don't be too competitive.
  • High level- most of the time the top 10 players of the game are popular. Players hunt them and challenge them to see if they are worth to be part of the highest ranked players. If you're one of them, I advice you to stay humble and never judge or label players by their level. You'll never know, someday, the players you criticized are actually the players that pulled you down. Always remember, in MMORGs, levels are not important but skills are.
  • JUST BE YOURSELF , but in an appropriate and sociable way
  • There are many skills you can develop while playing, these skills are personal, mental and social. If you're too sceptical about MMORGs or online games itself. Think about this advice, it might change your mind and outlook about it.
